A Show's Page: the Toolbar and the Details Card
What each button across the top of a show does, and what the Details card holds.
A Show's Page
Go to Shows and click a show's title. The same toolbar runs across the top of the show's page and its editor, so you can move between them without going back.
The toolbar
- View Show Preview (far right): opens the show as a visitor will see it. Once the show is live it reads View Show.
- Show Overview and Edit Show: switch between the show's page and its editor.
- Invite Artists: opens the invite screen with this show already chosen. See Inviting Artists in Bulk.
- Invite Curators: only appears when your plan includes curation AND this show has curation switched on. See Inviting Curators and the Curate Screen.
- Sales: this show's sales page, which has its own sales report button.
- Download Artwork and Download Headshots: ZIP files of the show's approved artwork images and its artists' headshots.
- Quiet status actions such as Archive and Back to Coming Soon. See Show Statuses.
The Details card
Details shows the dates, the submission deadline, the timezone and badges for the features switched on. At the bottom is one quiet row, Open invite link, with a Copy button: see The Open Invite Link for a Show.
Artists in the show
The Artists card lists everyone in the show. Pick someone from your roster and choose Invite to this show (emails them) or Add without emailing. Click Remove beside a name to take them out of the show.
In the editor
- The artist picker is a live search: type in Search artists to add.
- Commission is entered and shown as a percent (30 means 30%), unless you chose a flat fee.
- The submission deadline can be any future date. Tick Let artists keep uploading after the show opens if you want submissions to continue once the show is live.
