Show Statuses
Every show moves through a predictable lifecycle. Understanding each status helps you manage your shows effectively.
Draft
The show is being set up. It's not visible to the public. Use this stage to configure details, assign artists, and prepare content.
Preview
The show page is accessible via its direct URL, but it's not prominently listed. Use preview to share with stakeholders for review before launch. When the show's start date arrives, it will automatically transition to Live.
Live
The show is publicly visible and fully interactive. Visitors can browse artworks, vote (if enabled), favorite pieces, and purchase artworks. A pulsing green dot indicates a show is live.
Ended
The show has closed. The page remains accessible for viewing, but voting and purchases are disabled. Shows auto-transition to Ended when their end date passes.
