The Completeness Center
Click Completeness in the sidebar. It shows which artists are ready and who needs the most attention, so you can close gaps before a show opens.
Your upcoming shows, first
The top of the screen is Your upcoming shows: one block for each upcoming or live show. Each block shows how many of that show's artists are ready, a progress bar, and every artist in the show with a status dot, a percent, and how many of their pieces still need information. The artists who need the most work are listed first.
Click Show only these artists below on a block to filter the full list to that show. Click Show everyone to clear the filter.
Everyone
Below the shows is Everyone: every active artist, sorted by who needs the most attention.
What it checks
- Profile: photo, bio, artist statement, contact email or phone, website or Instagram, work examples
- Each artwork: image, price (or Not For Sale), shipping prices, medium, substrate, type, size category, description
Each artist card shows a completeness ring and chips naming exactly what's missing. Fully complete artists wear a green Ready to Show pill.
Sending a reminder
- Click Send Reminder on an artist's card
- A message opens prefilled with their actual gaps - edit it however you like
- Send. The artist gets it by email, and their reply comes straight back to you
