The Show Schedule: Dates Your Artists Need to Hit
Add deadlines to a show, edit them later, and let the platform remind your artists.
The Show Schedule
Open a show from Shows and scroll to Schedule. This is where you list the dates the artists in this show need to hit, such as when submissions close or when work has to be delivered.
Adding a date
- Fill in what the date is and when it falls
- Click Add to the schedule
As each date approaches, the artists in the show are reminded by email and by an announcement on their dashboard. The announcement clears itself once the date has passed.
Editing a date
Every date can be changed after it is made. Click Edit on its row, change it, and click Save changes. Moving a date re-arms its reminder, so artists are reminded about the new date even if they were already reminded about the old one.
Removing a date
Use the remove control on the row and confirm.
Looking for "Start from the usual dates"? That shortcut has been removed. Add each date yourself; it takes a moment and every one can be edited later.
