Help Center Managing Shows Setting Up Audience Voting

Setting Up Audience Voting

Enable voting, tune the rules, watch the leaderboard, and audit the vote log.

Voting System

Voting adds audience engagement to your shows. Available on Gallery plans and up.

Enabling Voting & Tuning the Rules

  1. Edit your show and toggle "Enable Voting" on
  2. Set votes per person and the vote window (hours) - votes regenerate one at a time as old ones age out, and each person can vote once per piece per window
  3. Set "Close voting before show end" (hours) so the final standings settle before the finale
  4. Pick the leaderboard size (top N) shown after someone votes
  5. Voting is active while the show is live, and voters must have an account - anonymous voting is never allowed

What the public sees

  • Rank badges: once five or more pieces have votes, the top five wear "Currently #N in Voting" badges on the grid and artwork pages - ranks only, never counts
  • Post-vote leaderboard: after voting, collectors see the current top pieces (again, no counts)
  • Vote tallies are private. Exact numbers appear only on your Voting dashboard - never to artists, collectors, or the public

Voting Dashboard & Vote Log

Open Voting in the sidebar for org-wide stats and the per-show leaderboard with tallies. Click View Vote Log for every individual vote (voter name, email, IP, time) with per-vote delete, a clear-all reset, and a CSV export.
