What visitors see at a show's address before it opens, and when it becomes the real show.
The Coming Soon Page
A show has the same public address from the day you create it. Before the show opens, anyone who visits that address sees a Coming Soon page: the show's logo, its dates and a countdown. They used to get a "not found" page, which made it risky to share the address early. Now you can put it in a newsletter or on a postcard as soon as the show exists.
When it becomes the real show
The Coming Soon page is replaced by the show itself when either of these is true:
- The show is live
- The show's Public Preview switch is on (on the show's card on the Shows screen)
No artwork appears on the Coming Soon page, so nothing leaks early.
Seeing the show yourself before it opens
Click View Show Preview in the show's toolbar. That opens the full show for you without opening it to the public.
