Curating Artwork Submissions

Curation Queue

Curation lets you review and approve artwork submissions before they appear on public show pages. It is included from the mid plans upward. Your Settings → Billing page shows whether your plan has it.

How It Works

1. An artist submits an artwork to a show
2. The artwork enters the curation queue with "Pending" status
3. Admins and curators review it from Curation in the sidebar
4. You can Approve, Reject, or Request Changes
5. The artist is notified by email of the decision

Bulk Actions

Select multiple artworks using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action dropdown to approve or reject several at once.

Without Curation

On plans that do not include curation, all artwork submissions are auto-approved and appear on the public show page immediately. If you want to review work before collectors see it, you need a plan with curation.
