Controlling Show Access (Registration, Submissions, Preview, Launch)
Use the per-show toggles to control who can register, submit, and preview — then launch when you are ready.
Controlling Show Access
A show's status (draft, live, ended) is only about its lifecycle. Who can actually do things with a show is controlled by a set of independent on/off switches on your Shows page. Each show card has its own toggles.
The access toggles
- Artist registration — Lets artists sign up to take part in this show.
- Submissions — Lets your assigned artists upload artwork to the show.
- Public preview — Lets everyone see the show page before it officially launches (great for VIP or early-collector access).
- Artist preview — Lets your assigned artists see the full collection before launch, so they can get context and see other submissions.
- Show art in artist profiles — Controls whether pieces from this show appear on your artists' public profile pages.
Each toggle flips instantly — there is no separate Save button.
Launching and closing
When you are ready to go public, click Launch Show Now on the show card and confirm. This flips the show to live, opens public preview so nothing goes dark, and sends your artists a one-time notification.
When the show is over, click Close Show. Closing stops purchases but keeps the show visible for viewing. A closed show stays online until you archive it.
Good to know: Because access is separate from status, you can (for example) turn on Artist preview for a draft show so your artists get an early look while the public still sees nothing.
