View orders, update item statuses, and process refunds.
Order Management
Viewing Orders
Access all orders from Orders in the sidebar. You'll see a table with order number, customer, total, status, and date.
Order Detail
Click any order to see full details including:
- Customer contact information
- Shipping address
- Individual line items with artwork details
- Payment method and transaction ID
- Commission breakdown
Updating Item Status
Each item in an order has its own status: Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled. Update these individually as you coordinate with artists.
Refunds
To issue a refund, open the order detail page and click "Refund Order". Refunds are processed through the original payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).
