Open Commerce > Carts to see every live shopping cart across your shows: who owns it (or "Guest"), what's in it, the potential value, and when it was last touched. Guest carts show for 48 hours after their last activity.
Most Wanted
Any piece sitting in two or more carts appears in the Most Wanted section - useful for spotting demand and nudging fence-sitters.
When a show closes
If carts still hold pieces from a show when it closes (manually or on schedule), you're emailed a snapshot with each piece, price, and the collector's contact info - those are warm leads worth a personal follow-up.
