A CSV of every piece sold, or totals by week, month or year, for any period and any show.
Downloading Sales Reports
Sales reports are CSV files that open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Where to find it
- Go to Sales in the sidebar and open Download a sales report near the top
- Or click Download a sales report on your dashboard, beside Full sales dashboard. It takes you to the same place.
- For one show, open the show, click Sales in its toolbar, and click Download this show's sales (CSV)
The three choices
- What: Every piece sold, one per row, or Totals by week, Totals by month or Totals by year
- When: All time, This year so far, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Between two dates (pick a From and a To)
- Show: All shows, or one show
Click Download.
Which to pick: "Every piece sold, one per row" is the one your bookkeeper wants: it is the detail behind every sale. The totals are for seeing how a season or a year went at a glance.
