Configuring Shipping Zones
Set up shipping zones and rates so artists can price delivery by region.
Shipping Zones
Shipping zones let you define geographic regions and allow artists to set per-zone shipping costs for their artworks.
Creating Zones
- Go to Settings → Shipping
- Click "Add Zone"
- Enter a zone name (e.g., "Domestic", "Europe", "International")
- Define region patterns using country codes, postal prefixes, or
*for a catch-all - Click "Save"
How Zone Matching Works
At checkout, the buyer's shipping address is matched against your zone patterns. The system checks country codes first, then postal prefixes, and falls back to the * wildcard zone if no specific match is found.
Artist Shipping Costs
When artists submit artwork, they see your defined zones and can enter a shipping cost for each one. This cost is added at checkout on top of the artwork price.
