Working the Entries List
Search, sort, per-juror columns, bulk status, the Unfinished tab, and emailing applicants.
The call page lists every submitted entry. Tabs split them by status (New, In review, Shortlisted, Accepted, Waitlist, Declined, Withdrawn). Search by name, email, entry number (#12) or a piece title; filter by category; click any column header to sort. One column per juror shows that juror’s average and their In / Maybe / Out tallies.
Unfinished lists people who started an entry or reached the fee and never submitted. Email them from the same button; a reminder also goes out automatically three days and one day before the deadline.
Tick entries to email exactly those people, or to set a status on all of them at once. Nothing reaches an artist about a decision until you release results.
Open an entry to see its pieces (with any video or audio link), statement, answers and uploaded files, the jury’s marks and notes, a discussion thread where you can bring the artist in with @artist, every email sent to that person, and the payment: amount, platform fee, a link to the charge in Stripe, and a Refund button. Income on the call page downloads every fee with Stripe references and totals.
