Inviting Artists to Apply
Tick artists on your roster or paste a list. Works on a draft: the emails go out when you publish.
Open a call and choose Invite artists. Tick anyone on your roster, paste names and emails for anyone else, add a note if you like, and send. Each person gets one branded email with the call’s details, fee and deadline, and a button to read the call and apply. Nobody needs an account first; applying sets one up.
The list shows who was asked and who has since applied, so you can remind the rest without asking anyone twice. On a draft call the list is queued and every email goes out by itself the moment you publish.
Open calls also appear on the dashboards of artists already on your roster, and every call carries share buttons for social media and email; each link is tagged so you can see where an entry came from.
