Inviting Artists to Your Organization

Inviting Artists

There are two ways to add artists to your organization.

Method 1: Admin Creates the Artist

1. Go to Artists → + New Artist
2. Fill in the artist's name, email, bio, and other details
3. The artist record is created immediately
4. You can then send them an invitation email from the artist detail page

Method 2: Team Invitation

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click "Invite Member"
3. Enter the artist's email and select the "Artist" role
4. They'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account

Artist Onboarding

When an artist first logs in, they see an onboarding checklist guiding them to:

1. Complete their profile (bio, headshot, links)
2. Add work examples to their portfolio
3. Submit their first artwork to an assigned show
