Choosing the Right Plan
Plans differ in two ways: how much you can put in (artists, shows, team members), and which tools you unlock. Here is what each one includes.
The Plans
- Studio ($290/yr or $29/mo): 7 artists, 1 show, 1 team member
- Gallery ($790/yr or $79/mo): 25 artists, 2 shows, 3 team members
- Gallery Pro ($1,790/yr or $179/mo): 50 artists, 3 shows, 5 team members
- Enterprise (custom pricing, talk to us): unlimited artists, unlimited shows, 10 team members
What Unlocks When
Capacity aside, these are the tools that arrive as you move up:
- Curation queue: review every submission before it goes public. Without it, approved work publishes straight away.
- Audience voting and the People's Choice leaderboard
- Branding: your logo, colors and typeface across every page a collector sees
- Show analytics with CSV export
- API access: read-only first, full read and write at the top
- Webhooks for pushing events into your own systems
- Removing the "Powered by Art Show Hub" line from your public pages
The exact plan each of these starts on is set by us and can change, so the pricing page is always the current answer. Your own plan and what it includes is shown at Settings → Billing.
Tip: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
