Email Triggers

Here is a complete list of automated emails sent by Art Show Hub, organized by trigger event.

Account & Authentication

• Welcome Email — Sent when a new user registers an account
• Email Verification — Sent to verify a new or changed email address
• Password Reset — Sent when a user (or admin) requests a password reset
• Choose Your Password: sent when someone whose account has never had a password tries to sign in. The link is good for 14 days
• Collector Welcome: sent to a new collector from your gallery, using your own Welcome subject and wording from Settings → Emails
• New Collector Notice: sent to the owner and admins when a collector signs up, with the running total

Team & Invitations

• Team Invitation — Sent when an admin invites someone from Settings → Users
• Artist Invitation: sent when you invite artists, carrying your own subject and note if you customized the invitation. An artist who has never had a password gets an "accept, choose a password" version, valid for 14 days
• Curator Invitation: sent when you invite someone to curate a show
• You Are In {show}: sent to an artist when they come on board by any route, with the dates, the artwork deadline and next steps
• New Artist Notice: sent to the owner and admins at the same moment, naming the artist, the route they came by and the show

Shows & Curation

• Schedule Reminders: sent to a show's artists as each date on the show's Schedule approaches
• Show Going Live — Sent to assigned artists when a show transitions to Live status
• Artwork Approved — Sent to the artist when their artwork is approved
• Artwork Rejected — Sent to the artist when their artwork is rejected
• Changes Requested — Sent to the artist with curator notes requesting modifications

Commerce

• Order Confirmation — Sent to the buyer after a successful purchase
• Artist Sale Notification — Sent to the artist when their artwork is sold
• Admin Order Alert — Sent to organization admins when a new order is placed
• Shipment Updates: sent to the buyer and the gallery whenever the artist changes an order's status or adds tracking

Announcements

• Announcement Blast: sent only when you tick "also email this" while posting an announcement. This is the one bulk email the platform sends, so it carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who has opted out is skipped automatically.
