The Notifications screen: what lands there, opening and marking read, and removing what you no longer need.
In-App Notifications
Notifications in your sidebar lists what has happened that concerns you: a message, a new entry, an artist who accepted, a curator who finished, and so on. The number on the sidebar entry is how many are unread.
Reading
Open a notification and it is marked read and takes you to the thing it is about. Mark all read clears the count without opening each one.
Removing
- The × at the right of a row removes just that notification.
- Clear read removes everything you have already read and keeps the unread ones. It appears when you have a mix.
- Clear all removes every notification. It asks first.
Removing is permanent and only ever affects your own notifications; nobody else's list changes. The email versions, where an event sends one, are unaffected.
