Managing Billing & Subscriptions
View your plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment methods.
Billing & Subscriptions
Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. Art Show Hub is a flat subscription: it never takes a percentage of your art sales.
Your Current Plan
The billing page shows your active plan, feature usage (artists, shows, team members), and a comparison of all available plans.
Upgrading
Click "Upgrade" on a higher-tier plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan continues until your next renewal, then switches to the lower plan. You can cancel a pending downgrade from the same page before then. Make sure your usage fits within the new plan's limits first.
Monthly or Annual
You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the billing page. Annual billing costs less than paying monthly.
Charter Pricing
Galleries that join while Charter pricing is open pay the Charter rate on the Gallery or Gallery Pro plan, locked for two years on annual billing. Upgrading from Gallery to Gallery Pro during that time keeps the Charter rate for the new plan. Before the two years end you are emailed, and the plan moves to the standard price at the following renewal.
Nonprofit Discount
Registered nonprofits take 20% off every plan, on top of Charter pricing. Request it from the billing page and we switch it on after a quick check.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing page at any time. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your shows are not removed early.
Feature Usage
The billing page includes a usage bar for each capacity limit (artists, shows, team members), showing how much of your allocation you've used.
