One Sign-In Page for Everyone (and Having Two Accounts)

Collectors, artists and your own team all sign in at the same page. The email address decides where you land.

One Sign-In Page for Everyone

Your gallery has one sign-in page, and everybody uses it: collectors, artists, and you and your team (owner, admins and curators). You do not need to send different people to different pages.

Where it is

  • On Art Show Hub: artshowhub.com/g/your-gallery/login
  • On your own domain: shows.yourgallery.com/login

The exact address is the Sign-in row in Quick links on your dashboard. Click Copy there.

Where each person lands

The email address decides which account you are signing in to, and so where you go:

  • Owner, admin or curator: the gallery dashboard, /dashboard
  • Artist: the artist portal, /artist/dashboard
  • Collector: the collector portal, /collector/dashboard

Someone who has just chosen a password for the first time lands on their dashboard too.

Having two accounts

One email address is one account with one role. If you are the owner and you also exhibit as an artist, you can hold two accounts with two different email addresses: one for running the gallery, one for your artist portal.

To move from one to the other, sign out and sign in with the other email. To have both open at once, use a private (incognito) window for the second one.

Landed somewhere unexpected? You signed in with the email that belongs to your other account. Sign out and use the other address. If a collector should really be an artist, do not make them a second account: see Converting a Collector to an Artist.
