Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Steps

1. Go to the sign-in page. Your gallery has one sign-in page for collectors, artists and your team: see One Sign-In Page for Everyone
2. Click "Forgot Password?" below the password field
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click "Send Reset Link"
5. Check your inbox for an email from Art Show Hub
6. Click the reset link in the email
7. Enter and confirm your new password
8. Click "Reset Password"

Troubleshooting

• No email received? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from your organization's configured sender address.
• Link expired? Reset links are valid for a limited time. Request a new one if yours has expired.
• Wrong email? Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. Contact your organization admin if you're unsure.
• Never had a password? Someone whose account was created for them is emailed a link to choose one as soon as they try to sign in. See People Who Have Never Chosen a Password.
