Resetting a Forgotten Password

How to regain access to your account if you forgot your password.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Steps

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password?" below the password field
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click "Send Reset Link"
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Art Show Hub
  6. Click the reset link in the email
  7. Enter and confirm your new password
  8. Click "Reset Password"

Troubleshooting

  • No email received? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from your organization's configured sender address.
  • Link expired? Reset links are valid for a limited time. Request a new one if yours has expired.
  • Wrong email? Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. Contact your organization admin if you're unsure.
Note: For security, the system does not reveal whether an email address is registered. You will always see a "reset link sent" message, even if the email is not in the system.
