Browser Compatibility
Art Show Hub is a modern web application that supports current versions of all major browsers.
Supported Browsers
- Google Chrome — Latest 2 versions (recommended)
- Mozilla Firefox — Latest 2 versions
- Microsoft Edge — Latest 2 versions
- Apple Safari — Latest 2 versions (macOS and iOS)
Not Supported
- Internet Explorer (any version)
- Browsers with JavaScript disabled
- Very old browser versions (more than 2 major versions behind)
JavaScript Requirements
JavaScript must be enabled for the full experience. Key features that require JavaScript include:
- Live search in the knowledge base and show pages
- Image upload and cropping
- Add-to-cart and checkout flow
- Voting and favoriting
- Payment processing (Stripe Elements, PayPal Smart Buttons)
Mobile Support
All public pages and portals are fully responsive. The artwork grid, checkout flow, and all admin pages adapt to mobile screen sizes. We recommend using the latest version of Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android) for the best mobile experience.
Tip: If you or your collectors experience unexpected behavior, updating to the latest browser version often resolves the issue.
