Connecting an Email Marketing Service
You can connect Art Show Hub to your email marketing provider so new collectors and people who sign up from your show pages are added to your mailing list automatically — no exporting or copy-pasting.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Choose your provider (Mailchimp, Brevo, or MailerLite).
- Paste your provider's API key into the field.
- Click Load my lists — Art Show Hub will fetch the mailing lists from your account.
- Pick the list you want new contacts added to.
- Click Save & Connect.
Once connected, every new collector who joins and every visitor who signs up from one of your public show pages is added to your chosen list automatically.
Where to find your API key
- Mailchimp — Log in, click your profile, go to Account & billing → Extras → API keys, and create a key.
- Brevo — Open the SMTP & API section, go to the API Keys tab, and generate a key.
- MailerLite — Go to Integrations → API and generate a token.
Note: Email marketing integrations may be part of a higher subscription tier. If you don't see the Integrations page, check your plan on the Billing page.
Keep your API key private. Treat it like a password. If you ever think it has been exposed, revoke it in your provider's dashboard and generate a new one.
